Meet the Buried Child Cast: Lanny Thomas as Tilden
LANNY THOMAS (Tilden) appeared in shows for the Irish Repertory Theater (IRT) including The Weir (Finbar Mack), Red Roses for Me (Ayomann), Da (Charlie), The Seafarer (Sharky), Galway to Graceland (Elvis), Outside Mullingar (Anthony Reilly), and Galway Girl (Dermot). With Canopy Roads, he appeared as eight different characters in Zelda at the Oasis, including The Barman and F. Scott Fitzgerald. At Theater Tallahassee, Lanny portrayed Benedict in Much Ado About Nothing, Peter in Bug, Katurian in The Pillowman, Sgt. Toomey in Biloxi Blues, and Mr. Marks in Intimate Apparel. He also appeared in The Changeling (DeFlores) for Resurgence Theater Company. Lanny was the Artistic Director of the Southern Shakespeare Company and directed SSC’s first five shows, and is now the Artistic Director of IRT.
